Message From The President
IIn the last 2 decades our nation has suffered in an economic decline, a paradigm shift that has widen the economic wealth gap and homeownership.
There are many low to moderate income earners in America (The Masses) that have not reached their full potential and level of equity throughout our nation and although there have been tremendous efforts to amend antiquated procedures and policies that continue to stunt the growth of certain communities there are still plenty of work to be done.
History has shown that Black Americans has been the procuring cause of the wealth in America. Although many have made it to a healthier financial status there are many who have not, and as a result many communities fall behind in their fair share of economic growth and equity building over their counterparts.
The Central Valley Real Estate Board (CVRB) is a chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) who continues to advocate bringing awareness to the lack of sustainable growth and wealth equity shares across America and the communities in Central Valley.
On a last note, I truly believe that when “the Masses” (low to moderate income earners) win our cities and country wins.
