Message From The President

In the last 2 decades our nation has suffered in an economic decline, a paradigm shift that has widened the economic wealth gap and homeownership.   History has shown that Black Americans has been the procuring cause of the wealth in America, however; even though many have made it to a healthier financial status there are many who have not, and as a result many communities fall behind in their fair share of economic growth and equity building over their counterparts.

There are many low to moderate income earners in America (The Masses) that have not reached their full potential and level of equity throughout America, and although there have been tremendous efforts to amend antiquated procedures and policies that continue to stunt the growth of certain communities there is still plenty of work to be done.

The Central Valley Real Estate Board (CVRB/CVAR) a chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) continues to advocate that there is and continues to be sustainable growth and wealth equity share across the communities throughout Central Valley.   On a last note, I truly believe that when “the Masses” (low to moderate income earners) win our cities and country wins.
